Description

This rather simple, yet robust Antique Kuba carpet languishes in a fine earth tone and complicates itself with an intricate allover medallion design in red, white, and blue. The medallions are small, featuring two bare blossoms woven out of the red and blue vines, while the white lines are used to form the greater structure of the field. The brown of the field is excellently suited to revealing this pattern, for a shade too light or too dark would obscure it. A fine addition to any collection.
