Description
This excellent Kerman carpet utilizes a centralized medallion frame in violet red and beep blue atop an off-white field. The many floral vines of the medallions snake outwards from the center, not truly forming a central medallion but making a series of pointed and curving shapes in the oval area where a medallion would have taken shape. The faintest abrash causes the discoloration in the field, seen in the variance in the border. A fine addition to any collection.
