Description
This large scale Oushak uses a delightful red field and a basic diamond medallion with a floral twist. The star of this carpet however is not the central medallion, though it is marvelous, but the detailing that went into the medallion, corner niches, and border. The corners are a fine azure blue to contrast from the field, while the borders delight in colorful diamond patterns atop a field of jade green. A fine addition to any collection.
