VINTAGE BOR TURKISH RUG 4′ x 5’8″

Description

With only three colors and an active weave, this Bor carpet uses the allover medallion design to exquisite results. Red is the traditional color for the field for most Anatolian carpets, but this Bors is able to use the contrast between its three colors to embolden each. The deep red outlines all of the white in the floral designs and the blue is able to pop within the white, creating a sense of depth and vibrancy that other carpets struggle to achieve.
