Description
This vintage Fethiye carpet is simple but simply does not mean it is not beautiful. The large floral medallion is exquisitely woven, showing a gentle blue bloom interwoven with a curling orange line, then an orange flower cut with blue, and finally a smaller flower in the same colors as green and red. The palmettes are realistic flower designs, left exposed to the field, and the corners and borders excel in colorful geometric work.
